Ryan and I promised Carter a date for his eighth birthday. Since he is now 8 1/2, we decided we had better follow through with it.
Carter chose to go to a hotel in Bellevue. We went to Red Robin for dinner and then we had a exciting time at the Lego store and Build-A-Bear in the mall nearby. We then went back to the hotel and spent a bit of time swimming.
The next morning we enjoyed a breakfast at the hotel and came home. It was a great time and we enjoyed being with Carter. He is a great kid with a wonderful imagination.
